Publisher Direct Wholesale Orders
We are happy to work directly with schools, libraries, retailers, and other organizations to fulfill discounted wholesale orders in any quantity. We accept but do not require purchase orders. Please submit the form below to receive a full quote, or to place an order.
All wholesale customers:
Receive industry-standard 40% discount from the list price of each title. Exclusive & limited editions may be exempt from this discount.
Are free to resell titles at any desired price. (Please note that the list price acts as a suggested retail price and appears on the barcode of most titles.)
Must be able to provide sales tax-exemption documentation if and as required (such as an NTTC in the State of New Mexico).
Must be able to show additional documentation as required to verify eligible wholesale status.
Casa Urraca Press wholesale policies:
Orders are returnable in salable condition within six months of invoice date or title on-sale date, whichever is later, at the most economical shipping rate available.
Shipping and handling will be assessed and added to invoice total. Orders are shipped by the most economical and feasible shipping method available unless otherwise requested by customer.
Local orders within reasonable driving distance in New Mexico may be eligible for reduced delivery fees.
All invoices are net 30 from invoice date or title on-sale date, whichever is later.
Any claims must be made within 30 days of receipt to be considered valid.
We reserve the right to refuse or decline wholesale orders on the basis of our pricing and distribution policies, and to amend these policies at any time without notice.
